Social interaction

Bringing familiar social media tools into a wellbeing solution enables employees to connect with each other, as well as provide feedback for the client as to what areas of Employee Wellbeing are the most valuable to their staff. 

Using likes, comments and tagging, employees are able to interact with content that they've found valuable and tag colleagues or leave their own suggestions to help others. Any users mentioned in a comment will receive an alert to let them know someone has mentioned them, with a link to the comment.

We've partnered with Hello Fresh to provide a huge library of delicious, healthy recipes, all embedded directly in Employee Wellbeing. Recipes can be filtered by cuisine (e.g. Italian, Chinese, Spanish), dietary requirements (including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free and soy-free), low calorie, family favourites, and quick and easy.

Our employee comms experts at Reward Gateway have created a set of monthly communications dedicated to Wellbeing, centred around our Health Calendar which focusses on a new wellbeing topic each month.
