Before you start, you will need...
- eCards already configured and turned on your programme
- Reward & Recognition already configured and turned on your programme
- If you already have the Reward & Recognition Budget Holder role, you will need the Reward Recognition Rules Administrator Access Role
- If you do not already have the Reward & Recognition Budget Holder role, you will need the Reward Recognition Scheme Administrator Access Role
Configuring your Boost Budget
1. Login to Reward Manager
2. Go to Reward & Recognition
3. Select Administer
4. Choose Configure Boost Budget
5. Select the eCard categories you'd like to be available for Boosting
5. Transfer funds from your main Balance
6. Choose the maximum amount of times a recognition can be Boosted
7. Create a message letting know employees, that recognition has been Boosted the maximum amount of times
8. Choose the Minimum and Maximum Boost values for each Recognition
9. Click Continue
10. Review the Summary of your Boost Configuration
11. Click Save Configuration if you're happy with the settings
Create Budgets for Employees who can Boost
1. Login to Reward Manager
2. Go to Reward & Recognition
3. Select Administer
4. Choose Budget Allocations
Here you can create and allocate budgets for segments (user groups) that can boost recognition. A member’s ability to boost recognition is determined by the budget rules applied to their segment.
Members who fall into multiple segments will always be covered by the one with the highest priority. They are ordered by priority (highest to lowest). You can reorder them by dragging them or using the “Move” button. You can also see how many members it will affect once the priorities are reordered.
5. Select Create a Boost Budget
6. Enter a Name for the Budget
7. Choose the segment of employees
8. Enter the amount which each employee in the segment will receive
9. Select the frequency for the Budget to refresh
10. Create a message that will appear when a member exceeds their budget
11. Click Save and continue
12. Once done, click Apply List
Manage your Boost Balance
1. Login to Reward Manager
2. Go to Reward & Recognition
3. Select Administer
4. Choose Manage Balance
5. Choose if you'd like to transfer funds from or to your Boost Balance
6. Enter the desired amount
7. Click Transfer funds
