Option 1: Sync Samsung Health data to Wellbeing+ using Health Connect
Health Connect is a platform that enables Android users to manage their fitness data from a variety of applications all in one place. Using Health Connect, users can share their Samsung Health data and sync this data with Wellbeing+.
To get started, download Health Connect for free from the Google Play store. Once you've downloaded the Health Connect app, learn how to connect Health Connect in Wellbeing+. Before you connect, ensure that you grant Health Connect permission to sync your Samsung Health data.
Option 2: Add Samsung Health data via Manual Activity Entry
If your challenge admins have manual activity entry enabled for your challenge, you'll be able to add activities directly into your Wellbeing+ account. Manual activity entry allows you to manually enter your steps from Samsung Health into Wellbeing+ up to 7 days back.
