Wellbeing+| How to Move a Team Member to a Different Team

Learn how to change team assignments from the Wellbeing+ Admin Center

To move a user to a different team for a team challenge, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Admin Center

2. Select the Challenges tab in the side navigation menu and click on the challenge with your Team Leaderboard or Team Virtual Race challenge mode:

3. Scroll down to your Team Leaderboard or Team Virtual Race mode and select Manage Teams as shown below:

4. Select the team the user is currently on:

5. Scroll to find the user's name. Select the box next to their name, and scroll up to hit the Remove button:

6. Confirm that you want to remove the team member by selecting the Yes, Remove button:

7. Click back to view all teams and select the team where you want to add the user:

8. Select the Add User button to add the user to their correct team:

9. Select the user you want to add to the team and select Add to Team to confirm:

Congratulations! The user has now been moved to their new team!
