Save money with hundreds of discounts available in Wellbeing+
Please note: This feature is accessible depending on your organization’s plan type and what has been enabled for your account. If disabled, you will not see this feature or any related elements in your account.
Overview
The Wellbeing+ app and website offer exclusive discounts to help you save more money on your everyday purchases. Follow the steps below to find and use these discounts.
Accessing Discounts
From the Mobile App
- From your mobile dashboard, select the Discounts icon in the bottom navigation bar of the Wellbeing+ mobile app
- If this is your first time accessing discounts, you will be asked to set a location to customize your discounts experience. This will allow us to show relevant discounts that are available in your preferred location.
- Browse through the list of available discounts. Swipe from side to side using the top bar to view discounts by category, or scroll down to browse discounts in every category.
- To search for a specific discount, use the search icon at the top of your screen.
- Tap on a discount to view details and select Get Discount to access redemption instructions.
From the Wellbeing+ Website
1. From your web dashboard at https://app.wb.rewardgateway.com/, click Discounts from the top navigation bar.
2. If this is your first time accessing discounts, you will be asked to set a location to customize your discounts experience. This will allow us to show relevant discounts that are available in your preferred location.
3. Browse through the list of available discounts. Use the side navigation bar to select a specific category or scroll down for a preview of each category. To search for a specific discount, use the search bar at the top of the page.
4. Click on a discount to view details and click Get Discount to access redemption instructions.
Redeeming a Discount
- To redeem a discount, select Get Discount from the discount detail page.
- Follow the instructions provided within the discount details to redeem the discount.
Please review all of the redemption instructions carefully. Some discounts may require you to enter a promo code at checkout, while others may apply automatically or require special instructions.
Update Your Preferred Discount Location
Adjusting your preferred location is simple! From the discounts page on the mobile app and website, select the location icon at the top of your screen, select a new location, and set your new location.
