Reward Manager Roles - 2FA Support Administrator

Scenario:

I am a client and I need access to unlock locked accounts. Users with this role will be able to unlock accounts for the members. 

Role Name: 

2FA Support Administrator

Internal or External Role?: 

External

Description / Role Privileges: 

User will be primary 2FA contact for the client. Must have Permissions Manager role.

Relevant SmartDashboard, Product or System: 

System

Menu Options: 

Members

Submenu Options: 

Task Manager > Multi-factor Authentication Unlock Requests

Role Sees (what they can see): 

Ability to unlock 2FA locked accounts

Role Edits (detailed list of tasks): 

Ability to unlock 2FA locked accounts

The following email will be sent to the user with the 2FA Support Administrator role informing them about a user who has been locked out of their account. The email will contain the following details about the user: 

1. User Name
2. Scheme Name
3. Scheme ID

The following confirmation will be sent to end user informing them about two-factor authentication reset. The next action for the user will be to login to their account and reset their multi-factor authentication. This ensures the account continues to be secure as possible.
