If you take out gym membership and leave before the end of the scheme year you will be liable to pay the balance of the costs of your 12-month membership from your final salary.
Please note that you will be able to use your gym membership until the end of the scheme year.
Your HR representative will discuss the specifics with you as part of your leaving arrangements.
