Reward Pass - FAQs - I haven’t Received the Physical Card I Chose, What Should I do?

We’ll send you an email when your card ships to let you know it’s on the way. You should get this email within just a few business days of making your choice. Then, allow standard mailing timeframes (7-10 business days in the U.S. and Canada and 10-13 business days for all other countries) for your card to arrive. In the event that you’ve waited and still haven’t gotten your card, please send us an email via Contact Us or call us at 877-325-8444.
