Preferred Language
This article explains how you can set your preferred language, on your Benefits Platform.
How this works will depend on whether or not the 'Preferred Language' has been set up by your People Team.
Method 1
If no Preferred Language has been set up, the default browser language will be taken and used as your preferred language.
So, if Chrome is your default browser, and the language is set to French, the Benefits Platform will also display in French.
Changing your Chrome language will change your preferred language.
Method 2
In Your Benefits Platform
If multiple languages are enabled, there will be a Language icon on the top right of your navigation bar:
Select the language icon, and then you will be presented with the languages to choose from:
Select the one you wish to use.
Login Page
Before signing in to the platform you can select your preferred language.
On the Login Landing Page, there is a small language selector (dropdown option), as shown on the screen below:

Select the language you prefer.
