For the security of employees' personal data, your company's People team manages the employee database for your account, and are always best-placed to confirm the formal status of your account at any time, when required.
The database is often updated/refreshed into our systems. Any errors which may occur during this process, or any internal changes/updates made to your profile, may sometimes result in the emails you have received. The status is usually resolved in a short period of time.
A quick log in to your account, will always confirm the actual status of your account at any time.
If any 'withdrawn' status lasts for more than a day, your People team will be best-placed to accurately advise you in those instances.
