Engage - Accessing the Wellbeing Centre From the Engage App

Introduction

The Wellbeing Centre provides access to wellbeing content and resources. Depending on the modules available to you, the Wellbeing Centre may appear slightly differently within the Engage app. This guide explains how members can access it. 

Prerequisites

Before you begin:

• You must have access to the Engage app
• The Wellbeing Centre must be available as part of your organization’s programme

Step-by-step Instructions

The Wellbeing Centre is accessed from the You tab in the Engage app. The experience you see may vary depending on the modules available through your organization. 

If your organization has access to Goals & Challenges, you’ll first see an Employee Wellbeing card. If not, the Wellbeing Centre will open directly from the You tab.

If You Have Access to the Wellbeing Centre and Goals & Challenges

1. Open the Engage app
2. Select the You tab
3. Locate the Employee Wellbeing card

4. Select Start Exploring

   

5. You will be taken to the Wellbeing Centre, where you can browse available wellbeing content and resources

   

If You Have Access to the Wellbeing Centre but Not Goals & Challenges

1. Open the Engage app
2. Select the You tab

3. The Wellbeing Centre will open automatically, allowing you to browse available wellbeing content and resources
