Global | Recognition & Reward | Scheduled recognition is here!
Now you can schedule awards to go out to large employee groups to recognize key milestones that are meaningful to employees and the business, such as long service, special events, public holidays and birthdays!
Clients can use this feature for both monetary and non-monetary recognition, and can utilize the segmentation tool to send to specific employee groups.
This feature means there's no need to process awards through a separate file, or add extra columns to existing employee data uploads.

Global | Recognition & Reward | Nomination approvers can edit nominator's reason for award text
Approvers can now edit award reasons before approving a nomination, for example, to correct typos before sharing. After selecting “See award reason” to review the contents of the nomination, approvers will find an Edit button that will allow them to edit the nominator’s text.
Note: Clients must to be using the front-end nomination approval workflow in order to see this feature.
Global | Core Platform | Real-time notifications through Yapster integration
Clients using Yapster can now integrate their Reward Gateway platform into their Yapster instance to receive real-time notifications about platform activity.
Once the integration has been set up, they will be able to receive blog announcements/notifications, recognition moments directly into their Yapster timeline (Like a Slack channel). The users can interact with the Yapster post and also click on the post to access the original post on their Reward Gateway platform.
Global | Employee Communications | Improved Instagram tile with integration
We have rebuilt the Instagram tile on SmartHub® through an official integration with Instagram. Clients can now authorize their Instagram account to integrate with SmartHub® which will allow the tile to properly display all Instagram posts, which also allows employees to click through to the Instagram post.
Global | Employee Surveys | Recipients now editable for file upload surveys
You can now add, edit or remove survey recipients for an employee survey after it has gone live. Once a survey has begun, sometimes clients want to add more recipients, edit data on existing recipients, or remove recipients. Previously this was not possible on a survey that had already begun. We have now added the ability to make these types of changes to recipients on a survey after it has launched.
After launch, an admin will now have the ability to upload a file that will allow them to add new recipients, update the existing recipients, or remove recipients. (Note: this applies to file upload surveys only, not surveys based on all members or a segment of members.)
Global | Employee Surveys | Open Answer character limit increased to 2,000
To enable employees to leave longer answers when required, we have increased the character limit on 'open answer' questions to 2,000.
