Global | Employee Recognition and Reward | New features now live on the Connect+ app
The latest update on the Connect+ app includes several fantastic new features to improve user experience. As well as a clean new design, award nominations will now show on the social feed and there's a new sending flow for eCards.
App users will see all the new features when they next run their app updates on their mobile device.
Global | Employee Recognition and Reward | Connect+ app multi-language content
The new version of the Connect+ app also includes an enhancement to support our clients with global workforces: the ability to display content in different languages to individual users, depending on where they are based.
System-generated content on the app can now be translated into Spanish and French.
Any content that is part of the client's custom configuration (e.g. eCard names / recognition program names / blog names), or has been manually added by users (e.g. recognition messages / comments / blog content) will always appear in the language it has been originally written in.
Global | Employee Surveys | New 'Survey Editor' permissions
We have created a new role for clients with Employee Surveys, called Employee Survey Editor.
This role will allow a user to create their own surveys and view those reports, however, they will not see all of the other surveys on the program.
Clients therefore now have 3 roles they can assign to team members for managing Employee Surveys:
- Employee Survey Administrator - can view all surveys and reports for all surveys
- Employee Survey Reports Viewer - can view reports for all surveys
- Employee Survey Editor - can create surveys and view reports for the surveys they have created only
Adding this role will allow survey administrators to share the survey admin tasks with other users without inadvertently giving them access to other survey results that they should not have access to.
