They can also filter to just their team/department (based on the program's segmentation) to easily view the recognition moments that are most relevant to them.
Send and receive recognition moments
The Connect+ app provides a faster and more convenient way to send eCards to peers across the business. Sending eCards from a mobile device encourages usage and keeps employees engaged as they can use the channel they prefer most in their daily lives. No more waiting to remember to send a recognition moment once they are back at their desk; with just a few clicks, it can be done instantly from their mobile device.
Push notifications onto mobile devices via the Connect+ app also bring recognition into the real-time world. Push notifications ensure employees are instantly notified when they receive recognition or someone reacts to their moment. It couldn’t be easier to stay connected. It provides instant gratification as well as the element of surprise and delight to employees.
Employees also have a profile page that boosts visibility and builds greater connections. They can customize their personal preferences right from the app as well as view the profiles of others in the program.

Tailored to each client’s program
The app incorporates the branding for each client’s program. This includes program name, logo, eCard imagery and branding, blog imagery and tone, and social recognition wall filters.
