We have launched our new employee-facing app, Connect+, to give our clients tools that will engage their people today and help future-proof their engagement solutions for tomorrow.
Our app – which employees can download from Apple Store and Google Play, and is available to clients with eCards and social recognition enabled on their platform – is designed to reach all employees, regardless of location or working situation. It connects them under one brand and one centralized platform for their recognition programs and company communications.
The Connect+ app is particularly beneficial for:
Workforces with limited or no access to a computer and for people who are constantly on the go
Connecting employees and encouraging a thank-you culture
Embedding the company's mission, values and goals

UK | SmartPay™ | New cooling period for revoked applications
We've introduced a 5-day cooling period before we automatically revoke any SmartPay™ application, so that if a client revoked a member by mistake they'll have time to re-activate the member's account with no further complications.
Clients will be notified via email if they have revoked a member/s who have active SmartPay™ applications, which will contain a link and instructions for where and how they can see a full list of them in SmartPay™.
