Versions we support
We support the latest version of Google Chrome which should update automatically when a new version becomes available. If you don't think you’ve got the latest version, you can update Chrome at any time. And for details on how, click here.
Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft
We support the current and the previous release of Firefox®, Safari®, and the Microsoft® browsers – Microsoft Edge™ and Internet Explorer® 11.
To ensure we stay ahead of the curve, as soon as a new browser version is released, we will already be supporting it. Unfortunately, this also means we will stop supporting the third most recent version and recommend you update as soon as asked to do so.

If you’re using a virtual browser
We’re sorry to say that browsers on virtual environments – such as Citrix® and VMware® – might not support all of the platform's functionality. For the best experience, please use a supported browser on your local computer.
If you’re using an unsupported browser
When using the platform on an unsupported browser, you might find that some of the features might not work. And as this platform is given to you by your employer as a benefit, we personally think you might want to be able to use all of it!
When using your mobile
All aspects of the platform have been created to work perfectly on any mobile device. As with the desktop browsers, we recommend updating the browsers on your mobile device as soon as they are rolled out to get the best out of your platform.
