Engage - How To See Awards, eCards and Recognition That I Have Received

Introduction

This article offers information on how to check alerts for recognition that have been sent to you. We don't have My Recognition for the Engage App. So you can either go the Feed or check you alerts in your account. You will need to have the Recognitions product activated to see it. 

Alerts on the App

1. Open the Engage App
2. Click on bell icon 

Feed in Engage App

Click on the Feed tab

Please note, feed is also available on the discounts only schemes.
