Scenario:
Client sandbox administration for testing and validation in a logically isolated sandbox programme
The Sandbox Administrator role exists to let a client administrator work inside a sandbox programme that has been created for testing. The sandbox sits on shared production infrastructure, but it is logically separated from live schemes by sandbox-specific rules and identifiers. It is designed for safe testing of client changes and workflows.

Description / Role Privileges:
Can manage a single sandbox scheme. Typically assigned to the first administrator created for the sandbox so that the client can operate and test within that sandbox environment.
Relevant SmartDashboard, Product or System:
Reward Manager, sandbox programme administration, client testing on production, member provisioning and selected programme administration flows.
Menu Options:
Reward Manager menus available to the sandbox admin account for the sandbox scheme, based on the resources attached to the user’s assigned roles.
Submenu Options:
Sandbox-scheme-specific administration pages and actions made visible by assigned role resources, including the areas needed to operate the sandbox scheme.
Role Sees (what they can see):
The assigned sandbox scheme and its related admin experience; sandbox status messaging; sandbox-specific configuration and operations available through their granted resources.
Role Edits (detailed list of tasks):
Can administer the sandbox scheme they are assigned to, perform supported testing tasks, manage allowed scheme settings and carry out end-to-end sandbox validation activities without affecting live production data.
