Survey confidentiality is very important, especially when asking people to share feedback on the culture of their workplace. In order to accurately measure cultural progress over time, the honest feedback of employees is critical. That's why the Engaged Index™ Survey is completely confidential.
Reward Gateway does not share individual responses. When sharing the results, scores are only shared as an average by groups. Groups must have at least five respondents in order for data to appear. However, we are able to determine who participated in the survey, which is necessary to troubleshoot any technical issues.
