What is WalkMe?
Helping admins get used to Reward Manager is one of our priorities and in order to facilitate a smoother journey and faster task completion, we have teamed up with WalkMe and put guides in place right within Reward Manager (as shown below).
How does it work?
Follow the question marks or the ‘Need Assistance?’ bubble at the top of the screen and you will receive step-by-step help through processes such as uploading membership files, sending welcome emails to new employees, and more.
