Halfords Cycle2work roadshows are a great way to build internal awareness of an organisation's Cycle to Work scheme amongst employees. It's also an opportunity for employees to get 1-to-1 advice on how to make the most of the scheme, what bike and accessories would be best for them and where to shop depending on their needs. We hope that these roadshows can create inspiration to get employees motivated around sustainable transport and saving money in the process.
Did you know? Clients who run a Cycle2work roadshow with Halfords see an average increase in uptake of this benefit from 2% to 8% – leading to increased scheme value!

CASE STUDY
Selco Builders Warehouse
Reward Gateway client, Selco Builders Warehouse, had been providing the RG Cycle to Work benefit (via Halfords Cycle2work) to their employees for some time, but felt their engagement wasn't as high as they had anticipated.
Halfords Cycle2work came to Selco work sites to carry out dedicated roadshows that were held for Selco employees in July and August 2022.
Following the roadshows, engagement in the Cycle to Work benefit increased by 207% (measured by the number of Letter of Collections – or LoC's – issued)!
