At Reward Gateway, we know that there are multiple platforms, apps and logins which are involved in a person's everyday life – including in the world of HR. Our clients have an ecosystem of varied platforms and applications available for their people and it’s crucial to connect with them all to create the best user experience.
We make this process easy and simple through the “Integration Dashboard”.
We know every client is different and certain integrations are more important to some than others, however, each of our integrations has one goal in mind – to make the experience easier and more seamless for our clients and their people.
Integrations available include:
Connecting other systems for easy, automatic transfer of data to our system.
Seamlessly publishing content from your blogs or social wall to your intranet or TV screens.
Integrating apps such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google for easy, one-click login.

SFTP / Bulk Upload
An SFTP integration allows you to upload your member data directly into the Reward Gateway system for automatic processing.
You'll need to prepare and upload this data, and we recommend discussing this integration with your HRIS provider. To make this process simple and minimise any risks – we also recommend automating the adding, removing, updating, collecting, and sending of data over the SFTP connection.
Once we receive your data, it will be automatically processed and added to our database. This means your data on our platform will be instantly up to date.

We also offer a range of direct connectors to HRIS partners without needing to export a flat file and upload via SFTP or manually. For a majority of these we partner with Merge API Inc (commonly known as "Merge") in order to retrieve the data from the HRIS.
There is a terms and conditions section which must be agreed to in order to complete the configuration with a Merge integration along with corresponding privacy and DPA links.
Merge integrations follow a singular flow on the integration dashboard where the user can setup frequency of updates, communication preferences, authorisation and field mappings.
Our Workday integration uses Workday's Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) feature that exposes reports as web services. These reports must be configured as Advanced type reports to be web service enabled.
The custom report must:
- Include all active employees
- Have a report owner with appropriate permissions
- Be a type of advanced report
At a minimum, you should include the following attributes in your custom report:
- First Name (Preferred_First_Name)
- Last Name (Preferred_Last_Name)
- Email Address (Email)
- Unique Identifier (Employee_ID)
Our SAP SuccessFactors integration requires the admin to authorise the app, set the mapping and frequency ahead of the integration running on the scheduled basis pulling the data from SAP.
Reward Gateway can provide a REST API to allow you to integrate back with Reward Gateway. As our clients, you can build your own solutions on top of our functionalities.
