What is an Employee Assistance Programme?
An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is an employee benefit that provides confidential support to employees with any personal problems and/or work-related problems that may be impacting their job performance, health, and mental and/or emotional wellbeing.

- In-house, dedicated legal information team including debt & financial information
- Manager consultancy and support
- Coverage for dependants within HMRC guidelines (16-24 & in full-time education)

Adding the EAP to your Reward Gateway platform makes it easier for employees to discover this benefit and, importantly, simple to access. Your EAP can be added either to:
- Your main SmartHub with a homepage tile and/or a dedicated page explaining this benefit to your employees, providing information on how to access EAP support.
- Your Wellbeing Centre, with a dedicated section (as below).
