The interface is user-friendly – administrators can create and edit blogs, add authors and relevant topic tags. The content pages can showcase anything imaginable, including benefits, introductions to teams, mission overviews, sections on company culture, information about referrals for recruiting new hires – the list goes on!
Within the blogs, administrators can tag people as they create the content, which allows employees to recognize their peers on the spot with just one click. Employees can continue the conversation below the updates/blogs by commenting, reacting with an emoji and tagging others to bring them into the comment threads.
Administrators can also segment blog posts or content pages to different audiences. Reward Gateway only needs a list to build out the segmented section. Users can segment by employee location, demographic, job role – even whether they prefer dogs or cats if they’ve got that information handy.
