Ordering Fees

• Delivery of vouchers and cards is free. This applies globally.
• There is a credit card fee on premium credit cards only. 
• Debit cards are processed for free.

Voucher Ordering Limits

The following amounts can be ordered with a credit or debit card within 30 days by members:

If a member wishes to spend more than this they will be asked to pay by bank transfer.

Bank transfer payments get confirmed by 9.30am UK time. Payments received after this will be confirmed the next working day.

Debit cards are processed for free.

Member Ordering Restrictions

We also have limits which restrict members to:

• 10 orders in the last 7 days
• 5 orders per day
• 3 orders of the same Instant Voucher per day BUT the 2nd and 3rd order cannot be for more than 250 USD

 Instant vouchers cannot be ordered over the phone in any circumstances (unless the employee is paying with R&R).
