Using the unique and easy-to-use functionality of the SmartHub® Builder, clients can effortlessly increase employee engagement with their SmartSpending™ discounts by including Retail tiles on their SmartHub® homepage.

Every time they access their SmartHub® engagement platform, users will be reminded of the great deals available to them and be able to quickly and seamlessly link through to their staff discounts.

Retail tiles are located in the sidebar of the SmartHub® Builder, with several size and content options to suit the client's needs.

Let's look at the different tile options and what they do:

Individual retailer tile

Clients can promote specific retailers of their choosing, using the individual retailer tile.

Available in tile size 1x1, any SmartSpending™ retailer can be selected and the corresponding offer will feed through automatically, thereby avoiding promoting outdated offers.

Whilst the offer itself handily updates automatically, we'd recommend changing the retailer being promoted every so often to avoid it getting stale or overlooked. This will also help to show staff the breadth of range of retailer offers available to them! 

The tile title can be customized by the client, however the font style, color and background color cannot be altered.

Featured retailer tile

The featured retailers tile is a great way to keep SmartHub® pages fresh and interesting and drive employees to engage with their SmartSpending™ discounts. 

Available in tile size 1x2, clients can add as many of these tiles as they like. Each will show a different retailer, chosen from the selection of each week’s top offers. Our Retail team updates these banners weekly across all our sites, so clients don’t have to worry about changing them manually.

Deal of the Week tile

A static banner tile, available as a 3x1 tile size. This tile is great for keeping employees engaged, as it displays our hand-picked best savings deals and grabs the attention of users on the platform and links them straight through to the offer.  

Retailer slideshow tile

This tile automatically feeds and slides the top retailers for that particular week. It's a rolling banner that can include up to ten top retailers and is available in 3x1 tile size.

Retailer category tile

With this 2x1 tile, clients can display a particular retail category to display the number of retailers that are available within it. This is particularly useful for highlighting the size and breadth of range of their employee discounts program, and is really effective when the category can be combined with time of year, such as the Travel category in the run up to holiday season.

The tile title can be customized, whilst the category image and number of retailers automatically feeds through.
