With SmartPay™, HR and payroll administrators have visibility over all current and scheduled windows for all relevant products. They can be easily managed from one place, by simply dragging and dropping the products onto the calendar.

All invoices are scheduled and issued based on the client's preferences and the frequencies agreed with us.
Controlled and managed cash outflow
We understand how difficult and frustrating funding of such benefits might be and we've got a set of options you can choose from to control your cash outflow. We've got a company limit that will cap the spending within a payment period without stopping employees from applying.
Additionally, on an employee level, we offer default product limits (how much all employees can spend individually), individual employee limits (so the client can have differing amounts for different employees) or an overall SmartPay™ limit (the limits that employees can spend across all SmartPay™ products). Such options give the client ultimate flexibility and peace of mind.
Employee products usage insight
SmartPay™ gives clients access to several reports (for example, Total Spending by Product and Average Order Value), providing useful insight into product usage by employees.
