Holiday Trading - How to open, schedule and edit a window in Holiday Trading (for UK only)

Steps to manage Holiday Trading

This guide will show you how to manage windows in our Holiday Trading solution.

1. Log into the Reward Manager
2. Select the SmartPay tab and then select Administer
3. Select the Holiday Trading icon () just below the Window Scheduler
   
4. Drag and drop the icon on the Window Scheduler
5. Select the icon and edit the window settings from the Application Window that appears
    
6. Select Save
7. Once the window is scheduled, a file upload needs to be done so that the users can be made eligible to apply for the window

To make sure the right people are eligible to apply for Holiday Trading, clients should download the report 'Users Eligible for Holiday Trading' which sits in the reporting section of the admin panel.

1. Log into Reward Manager
2. Select SmartPay and then select Administer
3. Select the Products tab
4. Select Holiday Trading and then select Manage
5. Select the report tab (next to Text Management)
6. Select Export report to download the report
   

How to edit a Holiday Trading window

When a window is running the settings can be changed from the same place it was configured. The menu will appear when selecting the Holiday Trading icon on the Window Scheduler.
