Electronic Childcare vouchers do not expire. The CCV balance will remain usable for as long as the account remains active.
In cases where the employee leaves their employer, they will retain limited access to the website for 60 days, after which they'll be able to use their CCV balance via contacting our help desk team for another 24 months after the last CCV transaction.
Making a payment refreshes the 24-month countdown, so members will never lose their balance as long as they keep using their account. Please be aware that only making a payment is considered activity, a login does not refresh the countdown.
To ensure no account with a balance ever gets deleted, we endeavor to send two notification emails to revoked members with outstanding CCV balance. The first email is sent after 12 months, explaining that they have another year to set up a payment, and the second email is sent 3 days before the account is deleted.
