Reward Gateway are committed to data security and are happy to answer any specific questions our clients may have.
We have put together a comprehensive Security Pack which contains common questions and policies. It's worth checking this before submitting a questionnaire, as it may already have the information needed!
The Security Pack contains our ISO27001 certificate, audit results and copies of policies we are frequently asked to share. We find customers often audit us against ISO27001 standards - please consider using our Security Pack instead as it should contain all the information you require upfront, without having to wait for us to copy answers for you.
Submitting a security questionnaire to Reward Gateway
If the Security Pack didn't contain the information required, clients (or Client Success and Implementation Managers, on the client's behalf) can submit their own questionnaire to us by emailing it to infosec@rewardgateway.com.
Please ensure the questionnaire is in XLSX format so that we can open it.
How long will it take to complete?
Once we've received it and acknowledged it, we aim to complete questionnaires within 10 working days. If there's going to be any hold ups in this process (i.e. we have a lot of requests), we'll let the Client Success Manager and/or Implementation Specialist know.
What if it's just one or two little questions?
