Employee Surveys can be implemented at any time by contacting your Client Success Manager. Once live, they can be accessed from Reward Manager.
The 'eNPS Survey' is a ready-made template which can be set up and scheduled to send in a matter of minutes. All we need is the list of people who will have permissions to amend settings of the eNPS survey and view the reporting.
Nothing further to install, no extra logins or passwords to remember, no additional contracts to sign. Simple.
No additional employee data uploads
Existing SmartHub® customers will have already provided their employee data during their program implementation. This data is securely stored and accessible in Reward Manager, where surveys are created.

Share surveys via SmartHub®, email, or both
Thanks to our seamless product integration, any eNPS survey can be easily promoted to employees on their SmartHub® platform. It can also be sent to employees via email (using the email address they registered with), or a combination of both. Whichever suits the client and their workforce best.
Optional respondent anonymity
With each eNPS survey, the client can choose whether to collect responses anonymously or not, or allow employees to decide when they submit their survey response.
Flexible send frequency
Our eNPS surveys can be a one-off send to employees, or the same survey can be sent in cycles of 3, 6, and 12 months to all registered users. Depending on the client's objectives, a regular survey cycle can help to measure progress made in their employee engagement strategy, or a one-off can be useful for a quick pulse check on the mood of the workforce at any time.
Clients get response notifications daily, weekly, or monthly
Clients can effortlessly keep track of how the survey is performing and the latest overall eNPS score through notifications sent directly to their email inbox. They can choose to receive notifications daily, once a week or once a month for each survey when they set it up. If they have colleagues who want to be kept in the loop, they can add as many email addresses as desired for the notifications to be sent to.
Real-time reporting
All survey responses are collected and displayed in real-time and can be accessed straight from Reward Manager.
Availability & Cost
The Employee Survey product is available to all clients in all countries. If you're a current Reward Gateway client then you can use the eNPS Survey at no charge. Contact your Account Manager or Client Success Manager today for further information.
