To view survey responses, track survey response rates, and check the latest calculation of the employee Net Promotor Score, clients can log into Reward Manager and navigate to Smart Products > Employee Surveys.
From there, find the survey and choose Reports from the Tools menu:
Survey reporting dashboard
The eNPS survey reporting dashboard shows:
1. Latest eNPS score
The latest overall score is shown in the top left, calculated by subtracting the total % detractors from the total % promoters in the last 30 days to date. This is updated in real time.
Read more about what these scores mean in What are Employee Surveys?.
The date range can be changed, or a specific survey cycle chosen, to view the overall eNPS score for that period:
2. Survey performance
eNPS scores are categorized into Promoters, Passives, and Detractors, using the simple traffic light system. The chart shows scores given over a specified time period as well as survey response rates.
Whole surveys and/or survey cycles can be compared to each other to help assess and gather insights into survey performance.
As above, the date range can be changed to view different survey cycles or specific time periods.
3. Text responses
Employees who entered a free-text response can also be viewed in full, as they're submitted, on the dashboard.
These responses can be filtered by their eNPS score (Promoters, Passives, Detractors), collection method (on-site or email) and responses can be shown either with or without respondents' additional text comment given in the second part of the eNPS survey.
Clients can also search for responses using keywords, such as "culture", "benefits", or anything else they may wish to filter results by.
Responses are shown in an easy-to-read list and include employee names (only if this option was selected during survey setup i.e. versus anonymous response collection). Each response has a timestamp in the top right corner, showing the response date and time, and which survey cycle the employee was responding to (e.g. C2 for Cycle 2):
Get daily, weekly or monthly email updates with 'Responses to your inbox'
During the survey setup, clients can choose to receive regular summary emails, keeping them updated on the performance and latest eNPS score for their survey.
These emails can be sent to any number of colleagues who wish to be kept up to date on the survey's performance.
The email gives a clear summary of the survey's overall eNPS score and response rate to date, using the traffic light system to provide an easy, at-a-glance breakdown of eNPS responses.
The 'responses in your inbox' email can be received by anyone listed by the client during the survey set up (as shown in the image above). Access to the reporting dashboard – either directly in Reward Manager or through the 'See detailed report' link in the email – is restricted to only those who have administrative permissions for surveys.
