All Holiday Trading clients and their employees have a straight forward, powerful communication tool - the automatic product email templates.
Clients can rest assured that the right information will reach their employees just on time during the whole process of using Reward Gateway holiday purchase solution.
All emails are personalised, which means the individual employee's details will be pre-filled.
After submitting an application on the website, employees will receive a confirmation email, notifying them that we've received their request:
As soon as the employee's application is approved they will be notified and they will also be able to review the retailers' best offers:
If an approver (e.g. direct manager of an employee) disagrees with the number of days requested by their employee, and amends the application, then the employee will be informed about the exact amendment via e-mail:
Also, if the employee does not take any action (to accept the amendment or the cancel the application), the system will automatically cancel their application after a set period of time. But before that, the employee will be reminded again to take some action upon their amended application:
