This guide covers how to validate a migrated Engaged Index survey in Reward Manager. This can be done by clients.
Surveys are found under Smart Products > Employee Surveys, in Reward Manager.
Engaged Index Surveys
Engaged Index client surveys have now been migrated to the platform. This means that new campaigns can be created, and results will be tracked against the previous campaigns from the old platform.
Before setting a survey live, the following items need to be validated:
- Verify that the Audience Type on the survey is set to File upload. Otherwise, the survey gets treated as a membership survey.
- Once questions have been added, verify that the questions have the right categories set to them. For the moment, a developer can assert this. Once the new interface is released, then the client admin can verify this themselves.
- Once the file has been uploaded, have a developer verify that the recipient data has been added correctly to the database, including emails. Without this, reminder emails will not function correctly.
- Verify that the date of the period is set correctly.
- If there are changes/issues in the configuration that require developer assistance, please mark the survey as Disabled, while these are addressed. This will ensure no erroneous instances of the survey are sent out.
If all of the above conditions are satisfied, a migrated survey can be successfully set to Live.
