We're not afraid to stand out from the crowd at RG. We always have and always will push the boundaries to evoke that excitement and intrigue our product brings.

A few years ago, we made headlines with a surprise tactic at Employee Benefits Live trade show. We rented a billboard outside the show and put an anonymous advertisement up showing that the Benefits Revolution was coming. No one knew it was us.

Through Benefits Revolution we created a buzz throughout the benefits industry that had never been seen before, and a talking point our competitors could never have anticipated.

That's what we do, we take ideas and then take them further than anyone else could ever think possible.

This value is sometimes confused with We are human. When someone talks openly and freely about mistakes and failure, it is sometimes misquoted as an example of We are human, when actually it is a key aspect of We Push the boundaries.
