The Reward Gateway | Edenred Trust Center is your resource for learning how we implement and support information security, privacy, and compliance in all our products and services. It provides in-depth information about security, privacy, compliance, policies and real-time monitoring of our security controls.

Reward Gateway maintains an Information Security Management System (ISMS) which conforms to ISO 27001:2013 requirements for which we are certified (Certificate number IS 544153). 

All our certifications and reports are available in our Trust Center. 

Provisioning

We have many options for provisioning your employees onto the Reward Gateway platform. Below, you can find links to the various integration options. We have also listed the manual upload option as well as Membership Data Validation.

Authentication

There are many ways in which your employees can authenticate onto the Reward Gateway platform. You can have up to five login options. Information on these options can  be found in the below sections:

• SAML 2.0
• Other Authentication Options (including providers like Azure, ADFS, Okta, and more)

Safelisting

As we are a web-based service, we need to ensure that your employees have the best experience when using the platform. We have created the articles to highlight the IPs, Domains, and Affiliate links that need to be safe-listed to ensure this.
