If the employee already has a car or a car on order and they are parting ways with their employer, then the process for terminating the Car Benefit agreement is managed directly by the customer/employee and Tusker's Early Termination team. The process would have been outlined and agreed to by customers during the implementation of the scheme.
It’s the employees and customers’ responsibility to contact Tusker if an employee is no longer eligible/is leaving the company, so the provider can understand if the employee is covered under Tusker's Lifestyle protections, or if there will be a fee to pay to terminate the agreement.
Tusker will also start the process to collect the vehicle from the employee. The email address to initiate the process would be earlyterminations@tuskerdirect.com.
If the employee doesn’t have a car and is no longer eligible/left the company, please email the list of employees/employee to eereports@tuskerdirect.com, and Tusker will delete their account.
