Feedback is critically important to developing and improving business practices. We are always disappointed to receive any complaints but please be assured that HA Wisdom Wellbeing takes all complaints very seriously and has a dedicated team who works to resolve everything swiftly.

Submission in Writing
In line with the HA Wisdom Wellbeing complaints policy, we politely request that all the relevant details be captured in writing. This allows HA Wisdom Wellbeing to ensure that a full and detailed investigation is supported.
Please get in touch with HA Wisdom Wellbeing via email to initiate the complaints process. HA Wisdom Wellbeing will send you a complaint form and company reference number to submit. For complaints relating to the utilization of the EAP service, HA Wisdom Wellbeing will require written consent from the individual to ensure they remain compliant and within the guidelines of GDPR and company policies. You may pass this information directly to an employee should they wish to initiate and liaise directly with HA Wisdom Wellbeing.

What Happens Next
Once the completed form has been received, the complaint will be logged for review and HA Wisdom Wellbeing will provide a holding email to confirm acknowledgment, this will include a reference number should there be any questions relating to the case. Once the complaint has been logged, a member of HA Wisdom Wellbeing management team will be in contact to discuss this in more detail and where possible will aim to resolve everything within the first 2 working days, or during a follow-up call. If a complaint requires a more detailed review, HA Wisdom Wellbeing will aim to provide a final response within 4 working days.
