Curated Rewards - How To Create Catalogues for Curated Rewards

Introduction

This article will explain how to set up a catalogue for Curated Rewards.  Clients can create these catalogues which can then be used for their Recognition programme. 

About Curated Rewards

Curated Rewards gives the ability to send Scheduled Recognition, with monetary value, for particular events or recognition moments; such as birthdays, work anniversaries or holidays. The Scheduled Recognition, when selected as a Curated Reward type, then allows you to select a specific catalogue from which the employee can choose to spend their Reward Points. You can also define the amount each receiver will get.

Prerequisites

For Curated Rewards, you will need Scheduled Recognition already configured and turned on on your programme.

To set up catalogues, you will need either the RR Budget Holder or Reward Recognition Scheme Administrator access role. 

Setting Up Your Curated Reward (Voucher) Catalogue

1. Login to the Admin Portal

2. Go to Reward & Recognition > Administer from the side menu

3. Select Settings

4. Choose Manage Catalogues:

5. Select the Create New Catalogue button:

The Add catalogue details page appears:

6. On this screen:

> Choose the Catalogue name

> Add a Catalogue description

> Choose the Locale for which the catalogue will available for

7. Click the Add Retailers button to continue.

8. Select the Retailer redemption options which you would like to have in the catalogue:

9. Click Review Retailers and review the list of Retailer redemption options:

10. Select Review & Save on the catalogue that you are creating.

11. Next select one of the buttons:

• Save as Draft: Saves the catalogue in a Draft state and it will not be available to be used as a redemption catalogue until made Active.
• Save as Active: Saves the catalogue in an Active state, which will make the catalogue available to be selected as a redemption catalogue for any Scheduled Recognition.

You can create as many catalogues as you like and make them available for Scheduled Recognition.
