Hands on Payroll Giving are a family run Professional Fundraising Organisation dedicated to Payroll Giving. They were established in 1994 and have grown and evolved with changing times and the employee benefit market.

Historically, payroll giving schemes were run via a Payroll Giving Agency, who are there to administer the payments to charities. By working with Hands on Payroll Giving and adding them into the mix, we have a team of specialists on hand to grow and drive the payroll giving take up. Hands on Payroll Giving are the engagement experts and work with any payroll giving Agency.

More than £500 million is lost to the charity sector, every year, in unclaimed Gift Aid!! By encouraging donations via Payroll Giving, we provide a way for employees to donate to any UK charity with a pre-tax donation from their pay. The deduction is taken before tax (but after NI), meaning every employee receives the full applicable tax saving on their donations.

Costs

Hands on Payroll Giving provide their service for free. There is a small administration cost payable to the Agency who manages the funds, and this can be covered by the employee or employer.
