Introduction
This article explains usage of the R612 R&R Spend by Member report and shows the required steps to view the report in Reward Manager.
Who can Access R&R Member Spend Reports?
Everyone with Reports Viewer access in Reward Manager will be able to see and download these reports. If you would like to give this access to anyone in your organisation, contact your Client Success Manager or the Client Support team.
Clients can access the R612 R&R Spend by Member report from SmartInsights in Reward Manager.
How to See the Reports
Once logged in to Reward Manager, follow the steps below to see the reports:
1. Select Smart Products on the Reward Manager left hand menu
2. Select the SmartInsights™ option within Smart Products
3. Select the Reporting option within SmartInsights™
4. Enter a specific report name in the Search by report name bar at the top left of the page, or select RewardRecognition in the Search by product dropdown at the top right to see all reports relevant to Recognition (including nominations):
All reports can be displayed directly on the screen, or downloaded as a .xlsx file.
Information Included in the Report
This report shows the amounts users have spent from their award balances for the specified period:
Report can be Filtered by:
- Time period (users can pull the report for one or more months)
Final Report Broken Down by:
- Member ID
- Member name
- Award balance spent during the period (points): Accumulated spend for the selected period by the member in points.
- Award balance spent during the period: Accumulated spend for the selected period by the member in member currency.
- Redeemed catalogue item value: This field will be filled out only if the member has spent from a Reward balance associated with Curated Reward. Reward balance spent is in the member currency. Accumulated spend for the selected period by the member.
- Deprovisioned user’s Member number - This field will be filled only if the member is deprovisioned and has spent while in the 60 days grace period after revocation.
