If you’d like to give another person access to the survey tool, please get in touch with the Client Support Team. You can do so by sending an email to clientsupport@rewardgateway.com. It will be necessary to provide the Client Support Team with information and details regarding the team member you'd like to give the survey-creating permission to. The Customer Support Team is available 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
