The total number of recipients in the group will be counted in the overall recognition numbers for the organization and the recognition numbers for the individual sending the recognition.
For example, if Group Recognition is sent to a group containing 200 recipients, this will be counted as 200 eCards being sent in the overall organization numbers and 200 eCards sent in the individual senders recognition sent numbers on Platform Insights and Reporting.
