Introduction
This article will give an overview of the data behind the charts and widgets inside the Registrations and Logins dashboard. This article is useful to all members interested in reviewing the login and registration metrics. The Registrations and Logins dashboard is accessed through your benefits platform.
Background
The Registrations and Logins dashboard shows you how your members are engaging with the program. You can choose to filter specific groups or a specific time frame using the filter options available.
Note: To view the Registrations and Logins Dashboard, you will require the Reports Viewer role enabled.
To use this dashboard on your benefits platform, go to Account > Platform Insights.

Chart Overview
The Chart Overview tab displays the following metrics:

Description |
| Number of Registered Employees |
This shows the number of employees that have registered for your scheme on the platform during the date period selected. Leavers that have registered during this date period are included. |
| Registration Trend |
This shows the number of new registrations during the selected time frame. The trendline shows a weekly count of new registrations. |
| Percentage of Active Users |
An active member is a member that has logged in to the platform at least once. This shows the number of members with at least one login during the time frame, including leavers. This is divided by the number of current active members for the scheme. |
| New Registrations vs Leavers |
This shows the number of new registrations and leavers over time in a bar chart. |
| People Who Have Logged In |
This metric shows the number of unique members that have logged in during the selected time frame. It includes logins from leavers. |
| Average Number of Logins Per Person |
This metric shows the average number of logins for the unique members that have logged in during the selected time frame. It includes logins from leavers. |
| Login Activity |
This metric shows the popular times that members are logging into your scheme. It includes logins from leavers. |
| Logins Over Time |
This metric shows the number of member logins over time in a bar chart. It includes logins from leavers. |
| Average Number of Logins Over Time |
This shows the number of logins divided by the number of members over time, grouped by month. A comparison is made to the same month in the previous year. It includes logins from leavers. |
