Background

Insights Builder is our client-facing reporting solution that allows clients to create customized reports. The Insights Builder is designed to enable client self-serve configurable reporting. The Insights Builder Feature enables client admins to create custom line item reports resulting in reports tailored to use cases. This feature reduces the time required to manually manipulate reports, allowing client admins to work on higher-value tasks.

Prerequisites

In order to create a report, one must have the Reports Viewer role in Reward Manager. The reports can be seen within Insights Builder in the Custom Reports tab. The reports can be seen by anyone with the Reports Viewer role.

Key Features

• Select your desired report columns
• Reorder the report columns
• Set filters so that the exported results are constrained
• Download reports as a spreadsheet
• Save custom reports

This release of Insights Builder has the following reports from R&R:

• R57 Detailed Nomination
• R86 All Instant Awards by Program
• R94 Awards Issued

Availability and Cost

There is no additional cost applied to the use of the Insights Builder.
