Tips and Best Practices
- Sharing recognition moments will allow others to acknowledge great work and reinforce a culture of appreciation. By enabling these moments to be shared seamlessly across the platform and reach a wider audience.
- Be specific and go beyond “great job” by clearly calling out what the person did and why it mattered. Specific recognition feels more genuine and impactful.
- Highlight the impact and explain how the action made a difference. Whether it helped a team, improved a process, or delivered value to clients.
- Keep it timely and recognize contributions soon after they happen to make the moment more meaningful and relevant.
- Make it personal and use your own words and tone—authentic messages resonate far more than generic ones.
