What is SmartAwards™?

SmartAwards™ is the only employee recognition solution that supports continuous recognition directly from an employer's unified employee engagement platform.

It uses continuous recognition features including eCards and Social Recognition, as well as point-in-time recognition tools including instant awards, award nomination and long service awards. 

All of these are integrated components of SmartAwards™, which is powered by the SmartHub® Employee Engagement Platform for a seamless, beautiful employee engagement experience.

Key SmartAwards™ features

eCards

A simple thank you goes a long way in letting someone know you value their work. SmartAwards™ clients can send an eCard to anyone in their organization to thank them for something they have done, or recognizing good work aligned to a company value.  

We can help design company-branded eCards unique to the organization and the values they want to reinforce. All eCards are high-resolution and can be downloaded and printed in beautiful quality.

Social Recognition

Social Recognition announces all those magic recognition moments and shares them with the entire organization. Colleagues are able to congratulate one another using the 'Like' button and commenting tool.

InstantAwards™

InstantAwards™ are a monetary recognition tool that allows clients to reward their people in a relevant and exciting way. The focus is on the experience of receiving an award, engaging the employee and making the reward interesting and relevant to each individual. 

Every award sent through InstantAwards™ has a personal message for the recipient. This enables employers to help their staff understand how they are contributing to the success of the business – which creates a real sense of value and worth, and is motivating the employee.

AwardNominator™

AwardNominator™ facilitates peer-to-peer recognition, giving employees the power to celebrate success and say ‘thank you’ to their colleagues. 

The AwardNominator™ system is stunningly simple. With an easy-to-use online tool, anyone in the organization can nominate a colleague for an award. 

Clients can choose and design the award types, attach their selected values, and run award initiatives throughout the year to suit their recognition framework.

Availability & Cost

SmartAwards™ is a chargeable product available to Reward Gateway clients in all countries, however the availability of the different components within SmartAwards™ depends on the country.
