Alerts List
Employee Communications alerts are an extremely valuable comms channel that saves employees the time to personally find out everything communications related that is happening on the platform that affects them.
We deliver onsite, email, browser and mobile alerts so that employees never miss out on important updates.
Note
Onsite alerts are the only type that cannot be switched off by the employee.
Administrators cannot control who does or doesn't receive alerts. Alerts preferences are managed by the employee personally via /AlertCenter/Preferences.
The content of the alerts is not editable by the administrator.
Alerts Centre
1. When you finish paying for your SmartTech purchase.
Title: Well done! You've now finished paying for your SmartTech purchase, so you can apply again now!
Supported channels: Onsite
Frequency: Every time the employee has finished paying for their voucher.
2. When your SmartTech voucher is ready to be used.
Title: Good news! Your SmartTech voucher is now ready. View your voucher now.
Supported channels: Onsite
Frequency: Every time the employee receives their voucher.
3. When your voucher is ready to be used but you haven't seen it.
Title: Don't forget, your SmartTech voucher is now available and ready to be viewed.
Supported channels: Onsite
Frequency: Once in 3 months if the voucher is not seen
4. When you haven't logged in for more than 7 days, or there's been more than 5 SmartTech™ applications since your last login.
Title: Welcome back! Did you know that {applications_count} of your colleagues have already got their hands on the latest tech through SmartTech?
Supported channels: Onsite
Frequency: When the employee hasn't logged in for 7 or more days. Also if there have been more than 5 applications on the platform since the employee last logged in.
5. When there's 3 days left before the SmartTech™ application window closes.
Title: Hurry, your SmartTech window closes in 3 days. Make sure you don't miss this great opportunity.
Supported channels: Onsite
Frequency: Every time there are 3 days left before the window closes
6. When the SmartTech™ application window is open.
Title: Good news! Your SmartTech window is now open. Browse the latest tech today.
Supported channels: Onsite
Frequency: Every time a window opens (except for new joiners)
7. A quarterly reminder for SmartTech™, when the application window is open all the time.
Title: Why not browse the latest tech and buy yourself something today?
Supported channels: Onsite
Frequency: Quarterly
8. When there's been a change in the SmartTech™ product configuration that now allows users placing multiple orders within the relevant limit.
Title: Great news! You can now use SmartTech™ multiple times throughout the year, up to the value of £1000. Browse now.
Supported channels: Onsite
Frequency: if a scheme moves from 'one order only' setup to 'multiple orders' setup. This alert is not automatic and can be enabled manually by Service Desk.
