Build it is a book written by our Founder Glenn Elliott and Group Reward Director Debra Corey. It was published worldwide in February 2018 by Wiley.
The book explains The Engagement Bridge™ model in detail. This is the model which RG developed from the last ten years of working with thousands of clients around the world. And it's the first time The Bridge has been explained in full detail.
Build it is called a "playbook" because Debra and Glenn wanted it to be practical to use. They borrowed the term "playbook" from sports and spent two years interviewing companies large and small about how they treated their people. The best of these interviews created mini-case studies called "plays" which explain something specific that a company has done to improve the relationship with their people.
There are 60 plays in the book and they are organized into the 10 chapters on The Bridge – so you can see examples or "plays" against each element.
