Project Solar
Project Solar was our 2015 project to find a new investor as we moved from one private equity backer to another. We did the whole year long process openly with all staff involved at every stage.
Not only did that result in a wonderfully supportive long-term investor in Great Hill Partners, the approach to open and honest communications also picked up several internal communications awards (see above IC Brilliance Awards for 2016).
